Privacy policy

Your information, your choices. How YUITION handles personal tracking, community sharing and Apple Health data.

Last updated October 21, 2026

Who we are

YUITION is operated by Twenty One Works LLC. It is a habit, goal and accountability app. This policy explains how information is handled in the app and on yuition.com. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

Information you provide

Personal tracking is stored on your device. When you use account sync or cloud backup, the corresponding tracking and profile information is sent to our cloud service. Partner and group features also store the information needed to provide those features online.

Apple Health is optional

With your permission, YUITION reads steps, workouts, heart rate and resting heart rate to support step and fitness challenges. Heart rate and resting heart rate are used on your device to estimate workout intensity; raw heart-rate samples are not uploaded by this integration. Date of birth, if provided, may help estimate intensity.

When you connect step imports or import a workout, daily step totals and selected workout information—including activity, duration, intensity and equivalent-step credit—are stored with your challenge. Automatic workout import is optional. These challenge records can be visible to the lead, coach or other members according to the group’s sharing settings and your consent. Equivalent steps and intensity estimates are not medical assessments.

YUITION’s Health integration is read-only: it does not write to Apple Health. You can disconnect imports in YUITION and revoke permission in Apple Health or iPhone Settings. Revoking permission stops future access; it does not automatically remove records already imported. Contact us if you need help deleting imported records.

We do not use Health data for advertising or marketing.

How we use information

We use information to provide tracking and sync, authenticate accounts, calculate progress, deliver invitations and messages, manage group participation, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, and maintain service reliability and security.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs and device or browser information to operate and protect the service. If you enable notifications, a device notification token is stored to deliver them. You control notification permissions in iPhone Settings.

Sharing and service providers

Partner sharing is limited to the progress you choose to share. Group and coaching visibility depends on membership, roles and the group’s settings. When a step or fitness challenge leaderboard is enabled, participants can see other participants’ names and challenge scoring totals regardless of personal sharing preferences. This does not make private Health readings, journals or mood entries visible. Personal journals and private mood or energy entries are not automatically posted to a group. People who receive a message or shared information may retain a screenshot or other copy.

We use service providers to operate YUITION, including Supabase for account and cloud data services, Cloudflare for website hosting and email routing, email delivery services for sign-in and service messages, Brevo for opted-in launch emails, and Apple for app distribution and push notifications. Providers process the information needed for their service under their applicable service and data-protection terms. Support email is received through our email provider.

KLIPY provides GIF search and media. Using GIF search sends your search terms, region setting and an app-generated pseudonymous identifier to KLIPY; selecting a GIF sends the selection and associated search terms. Loading GIF media connects your device to KLIPY’s servers. Our integration does not send your YUITION account email, private message text or Health records to KLIPY. KLIPY receives connection information such as your IP address when your device contacts it. Its privacy policy describes its own uses of search, media and technical information, including potential advertising-related uses.

Apple and Stripe process subscription payments. YUITION stores subscription identifiers and status to manage membership; payment providers maintain their own transaction records.

We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or protect users and the service. YUITION does not sell personal information. See the provider-specific information above for services used when you search for or view GIFs.

Website and email choices

Our launch signup sends your email to Brevo and asks you to confirm your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Essential hosting and security technologies may operate when you visit the site; the current landing page does not include third-party advertising trackers. Links to other services are governed by those services’ policies.

Service activity

Where enabled, signed-in app and workspace use records an account identifier, UTC calendar day and platform to measure daily, weekly and monthly active accounts. This activity record does not contain message content, health readings, screen histories or device identifiers. Detailed activity days are removed after 90 days during routine collection and when the associated account is deleted. Authorized operators can review aggregate business counts and reported content to maintain the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and feature records while needed to provide the service. In YUITION, open My Account → Backup, recovery & account deletion to request account deletion. This removes the account and associated live cloud records through the app’s deletion process. Groups, teams and coaching spaces owned by the deleted account, including their seasons and shared history, are also deleted for all members. Account deletion does not cancel Apple or web subscriptions; manage those separately to stop future billing. Reported-content records and technical logs may remain where needed for safety, security or legal obligations; backup copies may remain until the provider’s backup retention cycle ends.

Deleting the app alone does not delete your cloud account. Separately exported backup files, information retained by recipients, and records held independently by Apple or other services are not erased by deleting your YUITION account. If you cannot access your account, contact us. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on a request.

Your choices and requests

You can edit your profile, change sharing settings, stop Health imports, manage notification permissions, and export device backups using the app’s available controls. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Send requests to [email protected]. Information may be processed outside your home country by our service providers.

Children and security

YUITION is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We use access controls and protected connections to help safeguard information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Policy changes

We will update this page as the service changes and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a new use of information.
