Know what you pay, when it renews and how to cancel.
Before you subscribe
Review your plan, participant capacity, billing period and total before confirming payment. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are charged for the full year and renew each year, unless you cancel before renewal.
An annual plan’s monthly equivalent is for comparison; it is not a monthly installment. Any applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you confirm.
Creating a YUITION account or joining someone else’s group does not by itself start a paid subscription.
Cancel a web subscription
- Open the YUITION billing page and sign in with the email attached to your subscription.
- Select your existing package and open Manage web billing.
- In Stripe’s secure portal, choose cancellation and confirm it. Check the displayed end date and keep your confirmation.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, unless the payment is reversed or access is otherwise withdrawn under the applicable terms. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund.
Can’t open billing?
Email [email protected] from your account email and say which web subscription you want to cancel. We may verify account ownership before making changes. You do not need to opt into marketing to get billing help.
Subscribed through Apple?
Manage or cancel that subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. The web billing portal manages web purchases only.
Deleting the app is not cancellation
Deleting YUITION or deleting your YUITION account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Stripe. Cancel the subscription separately to stop future billing.
Billing questions and refund requests
Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date and the issue. Do not send your full card number or security code. For Apple purchases, use Apple’s refund-request process.
We review refund requests for web subscriptions individually, based on the circumstances. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
Who provides YUITION?
YUITION is provided by Twenty One Works LLC. Stripe processes web subscription payments; Apple processes purchases made through Apple.
