1. Who these terms cover

These terms describe use of YUITION’s website and services provided by Twenty One Works LLC ("YUITION," "we," or "us"). They apply to individual members and people using YUITION for a group, team, coaching practice or organization. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for the commitments you make on its behalf.

YUITION is not designed for children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can enter an agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your password and sign-in codes. Do not impersonate someone else or share access to an account you are not authorized to use. Contact [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Use the same YUITION account for purchases and app sign-in so your membership can be connected correctly.

3. Your content and shared spaces

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos, messages, goals and other content. You give YUITION permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use and the sharing you choose, subject to our privacy policy. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and share it.

Organizers manage membership and shared activities using their available permissions. Joining a space makes information visible according to its features and settings. In enabled step or fitness challenge leaderboards, other participants can see your name and challenge scoring totals even if personal progress sharing is off. This does not give them access to your private journal or detailed Health records.

Organizers are responsible for their programs, instructions and interactions with participants. YUITION provides the software; it does not automatically endorse an organizer’s qualifications or advice.

4. Respectful, lawful use

Do not use YUITION to threaten, harass, exploit or deceive people, distribute illegal content, infringe someone’s rights, send spam, expose another person’s private information without permission, or interfere with accounts or service security. Do not bypass plan limits or falsify activity to manipulate a challenge.

Use the available message reporting and blocking controls or contact support about a concern. We may review reported content and restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

Your purchase screen identifies the plan, included capacity, price, billing period and applicable taxes. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions are charged for the full year and renew annually. Cancel before renewal to stop future charges. Creating an account, requesting information or joining someone else’s space does not itself authorize a charge.

The billing and cancellation policy explains management, cancellation and case-by-case web refund requests. Apple handles Apple purchase management and refund requests under its applicable policies. A separate purchase on another platform can create separate billing; contact support if you are unsure which subscription you have.

Any change you request is subject to the price, timing and terms shown before confirmation. We will disclose subscription price changes and obtain any consent required by applicable law or the purchase platform. No future features are promised as part of your current purchase.

6. Tracking, coaching and availability

YUITION supports planning, tracking and accountability. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Imported activity and manually entered data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Goals, scores and coaching tools do not guarantee a health, fitness, sales or other result.

Features depend on your device, permissions and connected services. Service interruptions can occur; contact support if an interruption affects your account or paid access. These terms do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

7. Privacy, communications and leaving

Our privacy policy explains information handling and requests. Your communication preferences are separate from buying a subscription or joining a space. Optional marketing choices do not determine whether you can ask for customer support.

You can stop using YUITION and request account deletion using the account controls or support. Deleting an account also deletes spaces it owns and their shared history, as explained in the deletion flow. Cancel subscriptions separately before deletion; deleting the app or account does not itself stop Apple or Stripe billing.

8. Apple app license and other services

For the iOS app, the license presented through the App Store governs use of the downloaded app. Apple’s standard application license applies unless a custom license is supplied. These service terms do not replace Apple’s purchase or account terms. Connected third-party services may have their own applicable terms.

9. Updates and contact

We will publish updated terms with their effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
